The rooms are new-fashioned and wonderful, and are complete with a balcony and bedrooms plus the shower.

The location was great with a train station walk from the accommodation. The place was minutes from Juan-les-Pins city centre.

It has great and incredible location in Juan-les-Pins as it's not far from beaches+ restaurant.

This place was beautiful for shopping. The staff was incredibly kind, and the service was excellent. I have stayed in double room with a balcony as well as bedrooms for 3 nights. The location was fab, to the Juan Les Pins train station, in the really quiet area. Moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from Plage Gallice. I had a nice stay;)))

The units are reasonably large with excellent balcony. The location is decent to the Juan Les Pins train station.

I had a great experience at this hotel. the location was excellent - just a short walk to the center and beaches. The restaurant at the hotel was also fantastic, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. the value for money was excellent, especially considering its proximity to the conference venue I was attending.

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast, as it was a bit expensive for what you get.

We had fun in the pool of the hotel. It is adjacent to the airport. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. Cap d'Antibes neighborhood is worth looking into.

We had a delightful stay at a cracking little boutique hotel in the heart of Juan Les Pins. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and the beach. The hotel had a charming character and the rooms were well-maintained and clean. We loved the outdoor area with the pool and sun loungers, it never felt overcrowded. Despite a few minor issues, like the expensive on-site parking and occasional noise from the nearby school, we felt secure and welcomed throughout our stay. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break.

Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and speak fluent English. Perfectly located hotel for nightlife and beach. Only 25 minutes to Nice by train for good shopping.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near the centre of Juan Les Pins and the short walk to Antibes. The hotel is close to bars, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. The rooms were small but clean, and the shower rooms were spacious. The outside area with the pool and sun loungers was great, never feeling overcrowded. The attentive staff and the nice little poolside bar added to the positive experience. we highly recommend this hotel for a short break.

Stayed at the Juan Beach Hotel for 10 lovely days & nights in June with my wife and 10-year-old daughter who's a swimmer. The good-sized pool was clean and well maintained, with perfect water temperature. Room 105 was large enough for 3 of us. The bathroom was renovated and functional. The hotel has a great location: just a 2 minute walk to down town Juan Les Pins, and 10 more minutes to railway station, The staff (especially Dani & Rashid) were so friendly that we'll definitely will be back. We miss you already, folks... See you at the pool bar!

The corridoor carpets were a little worn out but clean. The exterior walls need some paint. But those are minor issues in an otherwise lovely hotel.

I recently stayed at a delightful hotel in Juan. La Villa Juan Beach was a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations. The hotel had a charming entrance area with a swimming pool and a lovely restaurant. The staff at Reception were friendly and attentive, taking care of our luggage and escorting us to our room on the first floor. Although our room didn't have a direct view of the gardens, it provided privacy and had a balcony overlooking a quaint old house. The hotel interior had recently been refurbished and boasted delightful design. Additionally, the staff accommodated my husband's mobility scooter with a designated parking space outside. our experience at La Villa Juan Beach couldn't have been better.
